Quite a few people will be present and staying at the HQ or other accommodations from Friday daytime onwards in preparation for the convention.
Fanotherpg suggested a fantastic pub which is literally 30 seconds walk from the venue and hence just 3 minutes from Sidney Sussex College.
The Baron of Beef is a lovely old pub which serves typical English pub grub until late in the evening. Due to its history with Sir Clive Sinclair (who was reportedly a regular) Fano thought it would be an appropriate place to go on Friday night.
